soon more&more ppl came so went down to netball area

AHHHHHHHHHH !!
today is a bad for me ? everything seems to be bad !
hais ,
had training in the morning ?
needa run around neighbourhood 2 rounds and be back by 20 mins !
i reached for about 22 mins plus -.-
thn reach school still need run 10 rounds sian ..
run halfway gastric soso pain .
started to rain halfwway through .
went staircase to do footwork to train leg muscles
thn to canteen to train stomach muscles
and to court tp train hand muscles ?
time sure fly .
training ended
i continued shooting ,
feel so weak all day , know wy le cause gt erhmm
haha , every time a month (: girls only
so painn . !
reached home eat bath thn sleep hah
have nt been sleeping well for days .

WOOOOOOOOOOOO !
had a friendly match today , made a mistake nt against swiss cottage
but Singapore chinese girls !!! ahhhh
they so pro lor , and we also nv do alot of times court work
played WD for de first quater , nv played tt position before so was rather bad ): sorry
opponent WA elbowed me bt no one see so nv
second quater played WA , was quite okay with it cause played it once
and this time opponent GD hit until my nose , and she also almost made me fall
bt she was friendly (: i like her hahha
played WA for the other quaters
we lost ): as expected , needa work harder le .
got punished for mistakes we made
total bout 70 pushups ? & 5 rounds around th field
knee bleed , cause de floor too rough andtuesday also do pushup make until le
nw make it worst so like tt lor
aft ours is sec 2 de match , was like very violent ?
haha.
the students there look so tall ?
i wonder wad food they sell in the canteen o.o
haha , our score is like 13 / 30 + so serious



went to admiralty to practice netball
and played basketball
had a great time !!
i reached home late XP

Had traning today ,
ran 15 rounds , about 3 km ba ?
thn stretching ,
ball handling ,
passes .
then gt one is must run , jump catch and return ball de
if nvr catch properly / drop need do 10 push up each time
i think i did 5 / 6 time ? ):
knee so pain cause de floor is alittle sharp ? haha duno wad word to use .
then played half court , played wa thn gs .
training ending soon , thn coach call us run up and down of de court within 13 seconds
we did it 3 times !! tiring ): haha , challenging too
maybe having friendly match on thurs ?

woke up latee , and was late for project work ):

luckily i never where uniform (:

so happy !! cause almost all pri school friends there so long no play tgt le
played full court with some upper sec boys and afew girls ( some canberrans & other school de)
our team all girls (: haven play know think will lose le , they so lihai

went jelutung to buy drinks thn bus-ed home

TRAININGG ! ~
haha , had training today . quite relaxing .
cause no fitness , & didnt run rounds for warmup ?
was a windy day which made me sososo sleepy
im a pig :) hmm , stopped training early , cause it started to rain heavily .
Thunder were so loud , i kept screaming :):)
shared umbrella with mira , was quite wet & the bus was so cold .
YAY ! 3 more days to my birthday , woolaalaa~
going K-box tmr with some netballers haha after training
we are sure gonna stink (: haha
went home and tried cookking pasta . which taste ..
uhmmm , nt nice haha .
